Breakfast:
Home made Muesli with full fat milk.
2 poached eggs on toasted whole meal bread and butter.
1 Orange.
Cup of black coffee.
Mid Morning:
1 orange.
1 Apple
Cup of green tea with a slice of lemon.
Lunch:
Small tin of Salmon.
whole wheat pasta.
Mixed salad.
1 apple.
Small portion dark chocolate (4 squares).
Cup of green tea with a slice of lemon.
Mid afternoon:
1 Apple.
Small portion dark chocolate (4 squares).
Cup of green tea with a slice of lemon.
Dinner:
Chicken Supreme. Chicken with black pudding and mashed potatoes.
Side salad.
Supper:
Apple.
