Nutrition for 04/22/09

Daily: Multi vitamin and minerals, cod liver oil capsule, garlic capsule, 1000mg glucosamine sulphate, 2 acai tablets. Lots of water throughout the day.

Breakfast:
Muesli with full fat milk.
Full English breakfast, grilled, bacon, black pudding, sausage, tomato and poached egg.
1 Slice whole wheat toast and butter.
Cup of coffee.

Mid morning:
1 Apple.
4 Squares of dark chocolate.

Lunch:
Steamed fish and peas.
Glass of orange juice.

Mid Afternoon:
1 Apple.

Dinner:
Stew, made with corned beef, onion, carrots and potatoes.

Supper:
Small tin sardines in tomato sauce.

Workout for 04/22/09

Went for a run, I wasn’t sure about the area so to make sure I did at least 5 miles I ran 20 minutes there and 20 minutes back, I probably average about 7 minutes a mile (maybe a little faster) so a 35 minute run means I’ve done at least 5 miles (-:
