10 minute full body workout, each exercise for one minute time. Dumbbells weigh 11.5kg each.

Warm up, then:

1. Shoulders – Overhead press with dumbbells
2. Chest – Chest press with dumbbells
3. Upper back – Upright row with dumbbells
4. Back – Two arm rows with dumbbells
5. Arms – Bicep curls with dumbbells
6. Legs – Squats with dumbbells
7. Lower back – Back extensions
8. Legs – Heel raises
9. Arms – Triceps kick-backs with dumbbells
10. Abdominals – Bicycles

Daily: Multi vitamin and minerals, cod liver oil capsule, garlic capsule, 1000mg glucosamine sulphate, 2 acai tablets. Lots of water throughout the day.

Breakfast:
1 Grapefruit.
Muesli with full fat milk.
2 Boiled eggs.
Green tea with a slice of lemon.

Mid morning:
1 Apple.
1 Pear.
Green tea with a slice of lemon.

Lunch:
Feta cheese, whole wheat pasta, sundried tomatoes and peppadew peppers on a bed of mixed salad leaves.
1 Pear
Green tea with a slice of lemon

Mid Afternoon:
1 Banana.
1 Apple.
Green tea with a slice of lemon.

Dinner:
Liver and onions.
Potatoes.
Peas.
1 Banana
Cup of black coffee

Supper:
Mackerel fillets.
