Breakfast:
1 Grapefruit.
Muesli with full fat milk.
2 Boiled eggs.
Green tea with a slice of lemon.
Mid morning:
1 Apple.
1 Pear.

Lunch:
Feta cheese, whole wheat pasta, sundried tomatoes and peppadew peppers on a bed of mixed salad leaves.

Liver and onions.
