Upper body workout 10th May 09

For todays workout I ran to the local football pitch and worked through the pit upper body workout. This is a great workout for the shoulders, chest, arms and upper back.

WaterRower workout for 5/7/09

Rowed 5 min warm up, then rowed 4km at around 30 strokes a minute, 5 min steady rowing to cool down and a good stretch.
