This evenings workout is a quick one 100 burpees followed by 50 sit ups, 50 leg raises, 50 bicycles, 50 rustys, 50 twists.

What is a rusty? I’ve never heard of that before…maybe because I’m on the ‘wrong’ side of the ocean!?
A rusty is an abs exercise I learned from John Hacklemans “The Pit Workout“. Sit on the floor, lean slightly back, raise your feet off the ground, lift your arms off the ground simulate a rowing action, arms go backward and forward legs in and out keeping the feet off the ground.
Loved them! They managed to find there way into this morning’s pump class…we’ll see if everyone else loves them too! Thanks so much!
