This workout from the Art of Strength calls for two kettlebells, since I only have one 16kg kettlebell when the exercises called for two, I substituted with dumbbells. The workout is based on a ladder concept. Each of the 5 rounds has that number of exercises, and each exercise is 1 minute long. So round 5 has 5 exercises and the round lasts 5 minutes. The DVD has 5 different ways of working through the routines as I was little short on time today I opted for “general alarm” once through with no rest in between sets this is 20mins duration.
