Workout for July 31st.

For this evenings workout I worked through the pit lower body workout. There is a full description of the workout here.

This evenings workout was the Art of Strength Providence using a 20kg kettlebell. I’ve done this one before with a 20kg kettlebell and remember it as being easier the last time. I’ve been using a 16kg kettlebell exclusively for a couple of years now and I’m guessing that my central nervous system has adapted to the use of the 16kg kettlebell.

* Hearts = Push-ups
* Diamonds =Star Jumps
* Clubs = Squat Thrusts
Repetitions
* ace = 11 reps
