Burpee conditioning workout, this evening I ran to the football pitch placed my hoody and water bottle approximately 15 meters apart and after a quick warm up, I started by doing one burpee by my hoody then walking the 15 meters to my water bottle and doing 2 burpees and so on up to and including 21 burpees for a total of 231 burpees. This was my workout for July 20th.
