This evenings workout was a burpee workout. I ran to the football pitch and after a quick warm up placed my hoody and water bottle 15 meters apart. I performed 8 burpees by my hoody, walked to my water bottle and performed another 8 burpees. I did this 8 times. After a quick drink I went through this routine a further 3 times for a total of 256 burpees.
